Delete your account
You can delete your Mongul account and associated data at any time from within the app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Mongul app on your device
- Go to Settings (profile or menu)
- Tap Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps
What happens when you delete
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, session history, and other personal data from our systems.
If you have an active subscription or outstanding balance, please resolve those before deletion.
