Through our website and mobile app, you can schedule video calls ("Information Sessions") to receive educational and informational tips for your DIY projects.
Our services are available to users who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use Mongul. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to access our platform.
As a Consumer, you can submit a Session Request through our website or app, providing details about your DIY project (e.g., a specific coding issue or home repair question). We'll match you with an available Expert based on your project's topic. If an Expert accepts your request, you'll receive a notification with a link to join the video call.
No, with the exception of any Employed Experts, our Experts are independent individuals who have experience or certifications in fields like Finance, Home DIY, Creative Arts, Tech & Code, Fitness, or Cooking & Nutrition. Mongul conducts background checks on Experts but does not employ them or guarantee their advice.

Yes, all Information Sessions are recorded for quality control and training purposes. By using our services, you consent to these recordings. You'll receive a notification when recording is enabled, and you can terminate the session if you do not consent. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Consumers can purchase Information Sessions via credits, a 30-day plan, or a monthly subscription plan. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor using valid credit card information or services like Apple Pay® or Google Pay®.
